Refund & Return Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are processed. Once processed, cancellations may not be possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
- Damaged or spoiled product
- Incorrect item delivered
3. Refund Process
Customers must report issues within 2 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
4. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Delays due to unavoidable conditions
